Ornament December 28, 2016 Reviewer: Michelle Lassonde from Pembroke, MA United States   The replacement ornament is perfect and the customer service is top notch. I tried to take a photo of the first ornament with scratches but my poor quality phone and the reflection from the ornament just wouldn't cooperate. I was very pleased with how quickly the problem was rectified and I received the order.
